Codly is built by AllySense Technologies Pvt Ltd, an AI product company founded in 2025 by cloud industry veterans. We started Codly after years of watching enterprise cloud teams drown in tools, tickets and audit spreadsheets.
Every cloud team we knew had automation. None of them had governance over the whole.
Provisioning lived in one place, security in another, FinOps in a spreadsheet and compliance in a ticket queue. We set out to treat the cloud like an operating system: one policy engine, autonomous agents, and a human always in the loop where it matters. Codly is that system, designed first for banks, insurers and FinTechs that answer to RBI, SEBI and IRDAI.
Meet the founder
Vishal Chandane
Founder & CEO, AllySense Technologies Pvt LtdVishal is a cloud services leader with more than 25 years of experience building and running enterprise cloud, infrastructure and digital transformation businesses across India and Asia. He founded AllySense Technologies in 2025 to build AI products that help enterprises with service excellence, compliance and manageability — starting with Codly.ai, the agentic Cloud OS.
Before AllySense, he co-founded Cloudxchange.io and built it from zero into a trusted cloud managed service provider. He led its acquisition by NSEIT and integration into NuSummit, where he went on to serve as Chief Business Officer for Cloud Services, leading go-to-market, partner alliances and cloud services across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
Earlier, as a founding member and Chief Strategy Officer of AllTimeIT Solutions, he brought 15 leading IT hardware providers together to build one of India's first pay-per-use public cloud platforms — well before the global hyperscalers entered the Indian market. He began his career in cloud consulting, product management, partner channels and architecture at HP, IBM India and Reliance Communications.
